Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before opening according to brand standards.
• Keep breakfast items stocked, labeled, and presented attractively.
• Ensure equipment and stations are clean, functional, and safe for guest use.
• Greet guests, answer questions about breakfast items, and assist with requests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and dining area during service.
• Follow food safety protocols, proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation.
• Close and reset breakfast area per hotel procedures and assist with inventory as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate with Front Desk and management.
