This early-morning position requires weekend and holiday availability and involves setting up buffets, preparing coffee and foods, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering high standards of hospitality across the breakfast area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet per brand standards.
• Prepare foods such as cut fruit, coffee and juices.
• Stock coffee, juice and milk.
• Set out cold foods for self-service.
• Warm and set out hot foods such as hash browns and French toast.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area during and after service.
• Take inventory and order food supplies as needed.
• Provide prompt customer service and respond to guest requests.
• Work with team to uphold service standards.
• Observe safety and health regulations.
