Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, seeks a friendly Breakfast Attendant to deliver exceptional service in the complimentary breakfast area. You will greet guests, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and support beverage and food service.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, and compliance with food safety and responsible serving guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass TIPs as required by property.
• Must obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by local regulations.
• Ability to communicate professionally when answering phones and speaking with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Ensure breakfast areas are clean, stocked and organized.
• Assist with beverage and food service, including washing dishes and restocking supplies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work as assigned.
• Handle cashiering tasks at end of shift and process guest orders.
