Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support the breakfast service in our 40 Rooms department. This hourly, full-time role involves preparing items, keeping the dining area tidy, and ensuring supplies are stocked for a smooth morning experience.

You will work with the team to uphold cleanliness, food safety, and guest service standards, while assisting with deliveries and monitoring inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow basic food handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area and service equipment.
• Wipe and sanitize tables and chairs before, during, and after breakfast service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing food deliveries and supplies.
• Monitor food and beverage levels and restock as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures.
