Responsibilities

• Replenish food, service supplies, and utensils in the dining area.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment in kitchen and dining areas.
• Rotate and label food items, check dates daily.
• Sweep, mop floors, and vacuum dining area.
• Ensure orders are prepared and stored with proper dating.
• Attend to attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
