Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up dining area for daily meals and ensure proper table set-ups and cleanliness.
• Prepare deli items, salad bar, and non-alcoholic beverages following approved recipes.
• Maintain sanitation of all work surfaces, food service areas, coolers, and floors; follow clean-as-you-go policy.
• Set tables and service lines; restock and organize supply/storage areas.
• Monitor equipment, report maintenance issues, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
