Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal communication to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Prior experience in hospitality and guest interaction is required.
• Neat, clean appearance and proper uniform, including nametag and ID badge.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Team player with flexibility across shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock and fill the breakfast buffet and dining areas.
• Greet guests, verify status as a hotel guest, and engage in conversation.
• Deliver food to guest rooms and assist with service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, buffet, and stations.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily running duties; observe safety rules.
• Manage inventories and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
