Job summary

Role requires professional appearance, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training covers food prep, safety, and proper equipment sanitation in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily dining area functions and guest requests.
• Greet guests, offer seating options, and take beverage orders.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the dining area.
• Maintain proper setup and uphold Crescent/brand standards.
• Prepare food per Crescent/brand guidelines and ensure proper temps.
• Replenish serving supplies and maintain cleanliness of area.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining equipment and areas.
• Rotate and date all food items and store orders properly.
• Sweep, mop, and keep floors clean in kitchen and dining areas.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform additional duties as assigned.
