First Hospitality seeks a Line Cook to join their kitchen team, delivering high-quality prep and plating for guest dining experiences. You will work under the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring safe handling, consistent portions, and responsive guest modifications.

Responsibilities include using a range of kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to team effort while upholding hotel brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistently high quality by following recipes and instructions while upholding portion and production standards.
• Follow all food safety standards by date marking, rotation, and proper temperature and time holding.
• Initiate preparation of food items based on anticipated needs.
• Store all food products properly during and after use.
• Assist in food control standards to reduce waste.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, stoves, ovens, mixers, slicers.
