Job summary

Corporate Hospitality Service is seeking a Breakfast Cook to support our culinary team. You will prepare, present, and serve breakfast items, maintain safety and sanitation, and assist with line setups and service during morning hours.

The role requires ability to work with industrial kitchen equipment, follow recipes, and maintain clean workstations while delivering courteous guest service. This is a full-time role reporting to the Chef with +40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and food presentation standards.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, presenting, and serving all meals.
• Demonstrate safe knife handling in a sanitary manner.
• Prepare utensils for dinner service and set up steam line per menu.
• Lead and serve the food service line.
• Prepare breakfast menu items in a timely manner.
• Clean and prepare raw meat, fish, and poultry as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize designated areas per hygiene requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
• Minimize food waste and spoilage through proper procedures.
• Use PPE at all times.
• Provide courteous customer service.
