This onsite role supports a fast-paced morning service, requiring early morning availability and teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience as we launch a new lifestyle hotel and club.

Qualifications

• Experience as a breakfast cook or line cook in hotel/restaurant kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques (eggs, griddle, hot-line basics).
• Ability to work efficiently during busy morning service and mornings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast and brunch items per recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized breakfast station.
• Prepare eggs, proteins, griddle items with consistency and speed.
• Work through high-volume morning service while maintaining quality and timing.
