Qualifikationen

• Experience as breakfast cook, line cook, brunch, hotel, or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques (eggs, griddle, hot-line).
• Ability to work efficiently during busy morning service while staying organized.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Passion for food and hospitality; commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting in a professional kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and execute breakfast and brunch items per recipes and standards.
• Set up, maintain, and stock a breakfast station.
• Prepare eggs, breakfast proteins, griddle items, and related components.
• Work efficiently through high-volume morning service with quality and timing.
• Support daily prep, food production, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Communicate prep needs and 86’d items to Chefs and team.
• Maintain sanitation and kitchen organization standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth service and guest experience.
