Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Aspen is seeking a Breakfast Cook to support the morning service. You will set up stations, prepare hot and cold breakfast items, and assist Chefs according to department standards.

The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and offers a competitive hourly wage based on budget and experience. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with preference for candidates who have 2+ years of food prep or culinary training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of food preparation experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats.
• Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications.
• May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations.
• Help organize kitchen items including dry goods, equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries.
• Set up, work, and breakdown station.
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Submit production needs for following day by shift end.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
