Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensuring items are stocked and attractively displayed. This role provides excellent guest service by assisting guests, replenishing items, and maintaining cleanliness during breakfast service.

Shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm. The position also rotates stewarding duties, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast each morning; shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm.
• Arrange food service equipment & move furniture daily for breakfast service lay out.
• Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items.
• Restock dry food items and refill drink containers during breakfast hours.
• Assist in brewing a variety of coffees for guests.
• Cordially assist guests with all breakfast questions.
• Wipe down and bus tables during breakfast hours.
• Set up, maintain, work and breakdown breakfast stations.
• Put all dry food items away after breakfast ends.
• Clean surfaces and floors to prep lounge for Apres and dinner service.
• Rotate into stewarding duties; washing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Take out trash and sanitize trash cans regularly.
