Job summary

Hcareers is seeking a Breakfast Cook to support the Chef in preparing, presenting, and serving all meals at the hotel kitchen. This role emphasizes food safety, quality, and maintaining clean, organized workstations to ensure a superior guest experience.

You will work +40 hours per week, handle breakfast items, and assist with line service while ensuring hygiene standards and safe knife handling. Excellent guest service and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, presenting, and serving all meals.
• Demonstrate safe knife handling and sanitation.
• Prepare utensils for dinner service and set up steam line.
• Lead and serve the food service line.
• Prepare all breakfast menu items in a timely manner.
• Clean, cut, and prepare raw meat, fish, and poultry as assigned.
• Sanitize designated areas to meet hygiene requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and minimize waste.
• Use PPE properly and provide courteous guest service.
