Shamin Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join our Food & Beverage team in Hampton, VA. The role focuses on preparing high-quality breakfast dishes, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen to support a smooth service.

You will work with a dedicated kitchen team, assist with line setup, and ensure food safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Prior breakfast or line cook experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook.
• Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Culinary degree or certification from a culinary school (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes following standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Measure and assemble ingredients accurately to ensure consistency.
