Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join our Omaha team. This part-time role supports breakfast service, prepares and plates morning items, and maintains a clean, safe kitchen according to standard recipes.

The position requires 6 months or more of culinary or food service experience, and food safety/alcohol awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days). A team-first attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes.
• Support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations.
• Ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation.
