Job summary

Huntsville Embassy Suites, part of Atrium Hospitality, is hiring a breakfast cook for full-time shifts in Huntsville, AL. You will prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency using standardized recipes, support opening/closing duties, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

We value food safety, a team-first attitude, and availability mornings, weekends, and holidays. Eligible candidates may have 6 months of culinary or food service experience and food safety certifications; culinary

Qualifications

• 6 months of culinary or food service experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Positive, team-first attitude; mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes.
• Support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations.
• Ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation.
