Job summary

North Charleston Embassy Suites is seeking a Breakfast Cook to prepare and cook breakfast items using standardized recipes, assist with kitchen opening, and maintain food safety standards. This full-time role requires reliability, a positive team attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience in culinary or food service is preferred (6 months). Certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness are welcome, with opportunity to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes.
• Support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations.
• Ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation.

Compensation Range: $16.25-$17.06
