Pyramid Global Hospitality, the parent company of Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough, is hiring a Morning Breakfast Cook for the Marlborough, MA property. Typical hours are 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with weekend availability and possible holidays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and cooking stations.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and cleaning duties.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to provide an outstanding guest experience.
