Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver friendly service during morning hours at our hotel. You will set up and stock the breakfast area, replenish items, assist guests, and maintain a clean dining space.

Responsibilities include food prep, labeling items, following safety guidelines, and coordinating with team to ensure a smooth service. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably hospitality or food service, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange breakfast buffet or serving area.
• Stock, freshen, and replenish breakfast items.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling practices.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Label all breakfast items including allergens and dietary options.
• Greet guests and assist with selections, offer to-go options.
