Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-to-order breakfast items to spec.
• Maintain buffet items and presentation per standards.
• Monitor temperatures and enforce safety guidelines.
• Set up and break down breakfast kitchen stations.
• Assist with inventory and waste reduction.
• Respond to guest dietary needs and requests.
• Support Food & Beverage team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all hotel policies and brand standards.
