Job summary

Hershey Inn & Suites is seeking a Full-Time team member to prepare and serve the daily breakfast buffet. You will set up, replenish, and maintain a clean buffet area, ensuring items meet brand safety standards and guest expectations. Responsibilities include inventory, orders, and coordinating with hotel management.

Work schedule includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays; benefits start after the next month’s beginning. Located near Hersheypark, with access to hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food service, buffet, or line cook experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot and cold breakfast items according to recipe standards.
• Set up, replenish, and monitor buffet to stay well-presented and stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized buffet area and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Monitor temperatures, storage, and handling for safe service.
• Break down and clean buffet and kitchen at end of service.
• Place and receive food orders to maintain stock and minimize waste.
• Communicate needs and feedback with hotel management and team.
