Job summary

Hershey Hampton Inn is seeking a breakfast attendant to warmly welcome guests and assist in the dining area. You will manage the breakfast bar, prepare specified items, replenish supplies, and ensure smooth service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires customer service experience, good communication, and the ability to work weekends and varied shifts; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Hotel environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; knowledge of local activities and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in breakfast and lobby areas; greet and interact with them.
• Set up, service, maintain, and breakdown breakfast bar line; replenish items.
• Assist in serving food and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
