Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a friendly breakfast attendant to ensure a warm, efficient guest experience at our front-of-house breakfast service. You will keep the breakfast area inviting, clean, and well stocked, while supporting hotel guests throughout their morning.

Responsibilities include coordinating with front desk on guest needs, maintaining public areas, and handling breakfast bar inventory and purchasing tasks.

• Provide courteous guest service by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Coordinate with Front Desk Clerks on complaints, requests, or concerns
• Keep the breakfast bar area clean and fully stocked
• After breakfast, clean breakfast bar and lounge areas including vacuuming and dusting
• Handle ordering and purchasing of breakfast bar items after inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of main floor areas such as the pool/spa, fitness center, and restrooms

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Communicate with Front Desk Clerks on any complaints, requests, or concerns
• Maintain the breakfast bar area in a clean and fully stocked manner
• After breakfast has ended, the breakfast bar and lounge areas are to be fully cleaned including vacuuming and dusting
• Handle ordering/purchasing of breakfast bar food and items upon completion of an accurate inventory
• Maintain the cleanliness of other main floor areas such as the pool/spa, fitness center, and public restrooms.
