Job summary

Staybridge Suites Florence - Cincinnati South is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to create a warm, welcoming morning experience for guests. You will maintain the breakfast area, prepare items, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing questions, accommodating dietary needs, and promptly addressing feedback to uphold guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Genuine warmth and passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling.
• Strong time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area before, during, and after service.
• Prepare and present breakfast items according to brand standards and food safety.
• Monitor food levels and replenish items continuously throughout service.
• Ensure equipment is clean, stocked, and operating properly during shifts.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and accommodate dietary needs where possible.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and urgency to enhance their experience.
• Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines at all times.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment during and after breakfast service.
