Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati - Mason is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to help create a welcoming morning experience for guests by preparing, presenting, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

The role includes stocking and presenting the buffet, keeping the space tidy, and providing attentive guest service while coordinating with management on opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Previous food-service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong guest-service focus.
• Ability to follow food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain the breakfast buffet following food‑service, safety, and presentation standards.
• Keep the breakfast area clean, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and communicate any service, safety, or maintenance concerns.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and basic inventory tasks.
• Support smooth morning operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
