Holiday Inn Express & Suites-Jenks is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the complimentary breakfast for guests. The role runs from 6am to noon, 5 or 6 days a week, handling prep, cooking, restocking, and ensuring a clean breakfast area and proper equipment operation.

The position emphasizes safe food handling, timely service, and a friendly, guest-oriented approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
• Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare breakfast items in a commercial kitchen.
• Restock and rotate food items to keep them fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area and equipment.
• Assist guests professionally and respond to requests.
• Keep inventory and complete weekly counts of food items.
• Clean and sanitize utensils and surfaces after service.
