Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Holiday Inn Express Jesup is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure guests start their day with quality service. You will set up the breakfast area, greet guests warmly, and help keep the area stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Set up the breakfast area before service begins, ensuring all food and beverage items are stocked.
• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, pastries, and beverages.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout the breakfast service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including clearing tables and cleaning spills.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
