Stonebridge is seeking a Breakfast Attendant in Seattle to manage the breakfast buffet and ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience. You will maintain cleanliness, restock items, and assist guests with selections to uphold high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic food safety knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible mornings and some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are stocked and available during service.
• Greet guests and assist with food and beverage selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, buffet, and prep stations.
• Replenish food and beverage items including hot and cold items, condiments, and utensils.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures per health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
• Clear and clean tables, remove used dishes, keep dining area presentable.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service and equipment.
