Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are stocked and available.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with food and beverage selections.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area, buffet, and prep stations.
• Replenish food items, condiments, and utensils as needed.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures per health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
• Clear and clean tables, remove used dishes, keep dining area presentable.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service and equipment.
