Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Breakfast Attendant at the San Marcos Embassy Suites in San Marcos, TX. You will help prepare and present breakfast and/or evening receptions, keep service areas clean, and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.

No experience required if you bring a great attitude and teamwork. Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Jump in where needed—light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift.
