Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time kitchen associate at the San Marcos Embassy Suites to help with food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning duties. No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The role supports event teams and ensures sanitation across all food and beverage areas.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Atrium offers a supportive team environment and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
