Job summary

Omaha Embassy Suites, part of Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a part-time breakfast attendant to ensure a friendly guest experience, prepare and maintain the complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception, and keep service areas clean.

You will greet guests, handle questions, assist with light food prep, restock, and follow food safety standards. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed—whether that’s light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we’ll teach you the rest
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
