The role requires ensuring items are stocked, cleaning as needed, and providing a welcoming guest experience while adhering to the hotel standards. Reports to work in neat attire and supports breakfast service daily.

Job description

One Willow Bridge Road is seeking a full-time seasonal Breakfast Attendant. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing coffee beverages, processing orders, serving food, and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

Wage

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus tips

Typical Schedule

Work hours are from 6AM to 2PM.

Primary Purpose Of Position

To set up, maintain, and breakdown each mornings breakfast buffet. To provide guests with the highest level of personalized service.

• Will report to work in a neatly groomed and acceptable manner as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintain each morning's breakfast buffet.
• Ensure buffet items such as fruits, breads, cereals, eggs, and bacon remain well-stocked during breakfast.
• Maintaining the safety and appearance of the buffet area
• Responsible for washing all dishes, utensils, and serving trays
• Will clean breakfast kitchen and dining area daily. Including trash removal.
• Bus tables and remove dishes
• Ensure tables are clean and available for guest
• Minor food preparation required such as making coffee, oat meal, and waffle batter.
• Exhibit a friendly and positive attitude to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests
• On occasion assist guest with their questions
• Notify Management when breakfast items are low and need replacing
• Perform all duties assigned by Manager

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge of fine dining table set up helpful
• Personable disposition which is maintained in pressure situations required

Typical Working Conditions

• The majority of the work takes place inside.
• Mild lifting is to be expected.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Position primarily performed indoors assisting a variety of guests.
• Working conditions will vary with season; high traffic during peak season, medium traffic during off season.
• Should be prepared to work long hours and able to stand for an extended time.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
