Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown in Buffalo, NY. You will greet guests, prepare and replenish the breakfast buffet, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring a smooth morning service.

Ideal candidates have hotel guest service experience and basic food preparation knowledge. Typical schedule is a morning shift (approx. 5 AM–12 PM). Eligible benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, including hot and cold items.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and dining spaces; clear and wipe tables.
• Take inventory of food and supplies, and organize orders.
