Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the hotel breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean, organized and stocked with items like food, beverages, utensils, and condiments.

You will greet guests, provide courteous service during breakfast hours, monitor food presentation and temperatures, respond to guest inquiries, and help keep lobby and restrooms clean after breakfast closes.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean, organized and stocked with items such as food, beverages, utensils, and condiments.
• Greet guests and provide courteous service during breakfast hours, assisting with serving food, refilling beverage stations, and replenishing food items as needed.
• Monitor food displays for presentation and temperatures, rotate items for freshness and remove any expired foods promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries and ensure their needs and preferences are met, providing a welcoming experience.
• Clean and sanitize the breakfast area and related spaces, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils, following health and safety guidelines; also clean lobby and restrooms after breakfast window closes.
• Keep track of breakfast supplies and communicate inventory needs to appropriate personnel to ensure sufficient quantities for guests.
