Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Breakfast Attendant Helper at Homewood Suites Springfield, MO. The role focuses on preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining a clean lobby area, and delivering excellent guest service.

Shifts may include mornings, with some nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred and attendance in uniform is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

• Provide superior guest service and fulfill requests.
• Clear tables and sanitize work areas, including counters, utensils, equipment and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items and stock supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.

Location: Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District

• Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
• Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
• Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
• Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
• May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.

Physical Activity:

• Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:

• Primarily inside with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.
