Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton University City Philadelphia is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare the breakfast bar for hotel guests and greet them in a friendly, service-oriented manner. You will set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests while following safety and EarthView sustainability guidelines.

This role supports overall guest satisfaction and may require working on holidays or weekends. Prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast displays and maintain cleanliness per food safety standards.
• Carry items from pantry to serving counters.
• Clean tables, polish counters, shelves, walls, and mop floors in breakfast area.
• Assist guests and locate items requested.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety procedures.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction and work toward higher scores.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
