Highgate Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Franklin in Franklin, MA. You will deliver friendly service in the complimentary breakfast area, maintain cleanliness and stock, and support beverage and food service across shifts. Prior hotel experience and a legal alcohol-service age are preferred.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age for alcohol service and pass RS course such as TIPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, courteous service in the breakfast area.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
• Assist with beverage and food service and respond to guest requests.
• Receive room service orders and communicate guest needs to the team.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and daily side work.
