Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Homewood Suites Manchester, NH. You will provide friendly, attentive service in the complimentary breakfast area, maintaining cleanliness, restocking items, and assisting with beverage and food service as needed.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, compliance with health and safety guidelines, and a focus on guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass responsible serving training (TIPs).
• Must obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm professional manner.
• Understanding of hotel products and guest services; ability to communicate professionally on phones and with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast service in the hotel’s breakfast area in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Greet guests, seat at tables when required, and ensure cleanliness of menus and spaces.
• Stock, organize, and maintain service areas; perform side work and clear tables as needed.
• Assist beverage and food service including prep, washing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Carry out opening/closing procedures and handle cashiering tasks for end-of-shift checks.
