• Keep tables, counters, floors, and breakfast equipment clean and organized.
• Clear and clean tables promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures.
• Assist guests with questions about menu items and hotel services.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Properly store food and supplies after breakfast service.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
