Highgate Hotels in Colorado Springs is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver exceptional service in the complimentary breakfast area. You will support guests with a friendly, efficient experience, uphold cleanliness standards, and assist with beverage and food service as needed.

The role requires a proactive, guest‑focused approach with a willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly, courteous, service‑oriented manner.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of breakfast areas and service stations.
• Assist with beverage and food service and restocking as needed.
• Answer questions about the hotel, local area, and services.
• Perform opening/closing duties and complete side work as assigned.
