Concord Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to set up and stock the breakfast area, prepare simple items, and keep the dining space clean and welcoming for guests.

The role includes monitoring food quality, greeting guests, and assisting with inventory, following all health and safety guidelines. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided in a growing hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
