Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests warmly, maintain buffet presentation, and deliver a welcoming breakfast experience that sets a positive tone for the day.

You will follow food safety procedures, assist with setup and service, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests while upholding the hotel’s standards and hospitality values during early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous food service with customer service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices and the ability to obtain a food handler's permit, as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive breakfast experience.
• Maintain buffet presentation, cleanliness, and food replenishment throughout service hours.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure dietary accommodations are met.
• Promote Hotel's hospitality values in all guest interactions.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with setup, serving, and breakdown of breakfast service.
• Monitor inventory and report supply needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, equipment, and back-of-house prep areas.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing and walking for extended periods required
• Must adhere to Hotel's uniform and grooming standards.
