Opal Hotels Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for Rooms TownePlace Suites in Mooresville, NC. You will manage breakfast service, ensure quality food and a safe dining area while delivering a memorable guest experience.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with stock, and follow brand standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include improving guest satisfaction, managing costs, and participating in team efforts to provide great service across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English and be able to communicate with guests and team members.
• High school diploma or higher; food service certifications preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and ServSafe are beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage breakfast service ensuring quality food, proper presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and ensure proper stock and equipment operation.
• Follow health, safety and brand standards; assist with guest requests and complaints.
• Support cost-control efforts and inventory within the breakfast service area.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences.
