Residence Inn Cary Raleigh is seeking a motivated Breakfast Attendant to start guests’ day with a warm, attentive service experience. You will prepare, replenish, and maintain the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and quality while supporting fellow team members across F&B and front desk.

The role requires early morning shifts, weekend and holiday availability, and a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

Prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work early morning shifts reliably.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest service.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Mansioni

Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet according to Marriott standards.
Prepare light food items (eggs, breakfast meats, pastries, cut fruit, etc.) as required.
Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper temperature controls.
Keep breakfast and dining areas clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
Greet guests, assist with special requests, and clear tables promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house prep and storage areas.
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
Communicate product needs and equipment issues to leadership.
Support F&B and front desk teams as needed.
