Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is hiring a Breakfast Attendant for the DoubleTree Raleigh-Cary in Cary, NC. You will start mornings with warm hospitality, set up stations, serve breakfast, and keep the dining area welcoming and clean.

We value team players who communicate well, handle guest requests calmly, and follow safety and sanitation standards. Early shifts and weekends may be required, with benefits for full-time members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast stations, ensuring items are fresh and well-presented.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of breakfast area and equipment.
• Assist guests with breakfast equipment and handle feedback professionally.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and collaborate with staff for a seamless experience.
• Restock breakfast area at end of service for the next day.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring items are fresh, well-stocked, and presented.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist guests with breakfast equipment, such as coffee makers and waffle irons.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations in line with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of service for the next day.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
