Prior hospitality experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast stations with fresh items.
• Prepare and serve breakfast following recipes and guidelines.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area.
• Assist guests with equipment like coffee makers and waffle irons.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and collaboratively.
• Follow hotel food safety standards and collaborate with staff.
• Restock and clean the area at end of service.
