You will maintain knowledge of daily house counts, guest satisfaction metrics, and brand breakfast offerings, working in a collaborative team to ensure a cheerful guest experience and consistent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features/services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental/overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and assist to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options per brand standards.
